Thank you for considering our beauty products for your needs. We strive to offer high-quality beauty products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns and refunds policy in place.
We accept returns of unused and unopened beauty products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping fees.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for used products, unless they are defective. We also do not offer refunds for products that have been opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
If you received the wrong product or if you have a product that you would like to exchange for a different one, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned product, we will send you the replacement product.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the product is defective or was received in error.
